Dr. Tibor J. Toplenszky is a board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Urgent Care, based in Reno, Nevada. He brings deep expertise in healthcare management, physician leadership, and clinical research, combining strong clinical credentials with operational and strategic experience.
Dr. Toplenszky co-founded Renascor Clinical Research to advance clinical trials designed to improve patient care and outcomes. He is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Evexiacare, a company focused on chronic care management solutions.
Recognized as a thought leader in healthcare, Dr. Toplenszky was nominated for the 2020 Northern Nevada Best in Business award.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys sailing, travel, and outdoor adventures, reflecting his commitment to maintaining a balanced, engaged life while contributing to the healthcare community.

Dr. Sangeeta Wagner is a board‑certified family and urgent care physician in Reno, NV, with more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative, patient‑centered care across multiple health systems.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Wagner was recognized in 2024 by the Nevada Women’s Fund as a Woman of Achievement. Her leadership in local Federally Qualified Health Centers strengthened her commitment to equitable health solutions - including expanded access to clinical research.
As Principal Investigator on twelve major biopharmaceutical trials, Dr. Wagner brings deep expertise in study conduct, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. In co-founding Renascor Clinical Research, Dr. Wagner applies her experience as a family physician, scientist, and entrepreneur to help streamline clinical research - making trials more accessible, efficient, and equitable for patients and healthcare partners across Northern Nevada.
